RETURNS POLICY

Our aim is to help you select the right style and size but if you have second thoughts then you can return the garment.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

You can exchange your item for another size/garment.

Please inform us and we will accommodate your request.

Email us in info@solovesvintage.com as soon as possible.



Please note: In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced earrings.



Important Information

  • Notify us by email within 20 days from the moment you received the parcel.
  • The parcel should be in the mail within 20 days of your delivery date.
  • All items must be with all the tags and in pristine condition and in their original packaging.
  • Keep the clothes inside the packaging and away of odor.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refund, return, exchange or credit if we think that items been worn or damaged.
  • Otherwise use special delivery as we won’t be responsible if it goes missing and we won’t authorize the return, refund, exchange or credit.
  • Shipping fees are never returnable.
  • We proceed with the return once the items are in our hands. Please note that it may take 2-3 working days for the refunds to show in your account.
  • Provide the receipt, name, address, and the code of the item.
